Templates & Scheduling

Build reusable workout templates, plan them onto your calendar, and start a session in one tap — with supersets and per-exercise rest timers.

⏱️

Log sets, weight, reps, RPE, and notes as you go. Rest timers start themselves, and a plate calculator shows exactly what to load on the bar.

📈

Auto-Progression & Deloads

Hit your targets and the next session loads heavier on its own. Percent-of-1RM programming and scheduled deload weeks are built in.

🔥

Muscle Heatmap

See effective sets per muscle on a full-body map each week, flip to the recovery view, and catch the muscle groups you keep skipping.

🏆

Real Strength Analytics

Estimated 1RM trends, strength standards against body weight, rep-range distribution, training density, PRs, streaks, and lifetime totals.

The web app

Your training command center

The full experience in any browser — plan, track, analyze, and manage your family's training from one dashboard. Nothing to install.

Train what you've actually been training

The weekly muscle heatmap counts effective sets per muscle — primary sets full, secondary sets half — so imbalance shows up as color before it shows up as an injury.

  • Front and back body map, week by week
  • Recovery view for what's still fatigued
  • Muscle dose list with last-trained dates
  • Tap a region for the exact lifts that hit it

Numbers that actually mean something

Not just a workout log. Estimated 1RM per lift, strength standards scaled to your body weight, where your sets land across strength, hypertrophy, and endurance, and how dense your sessions really are.

  • Per-exercise 1RM, top set, and volume trends
  • 4-, 8-, and 12-week change on every lift
  • Beginner-to-elite strength standards
  • Lifetime totals, sets, reps, and hours trained

Follow a real program, not a blank page

22 complete programs ship with the app — StrongLifts 5×5, Starting Strength, Texas Method, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, dumbbell-only, bodyweight — plus sport-specific blocks written for court and field athletes.

  • Follow & schedule the whole program in one click
  • Volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, swim
  • ACL injury prevention and vertical jump blocks
  • Family admins publish their own routines to the crew

New — Training Partners

Lifting is easier when someone's watching

Add a partner by their exact username. Connections are mutual, private, and revocable — no public feed, no follower counts, no strangers.

Share the work, not your whole life

Send a structured workout straight to a partner's calendar — the whole thing, with sets, reps, and target loads converted to their units. They accept it, it lands on their schedule, and you both get credit when it's done.

  • Mutual, invite-only connections by username
  • Push a full workout to a partner's calendar
  • Milestone awards you can share as a graphic
  • Opt-in leaderboards for families and teams
  • Leave any time — removal is one click

Questions

Before you sign up

What do I actually get on the free plan?

One lifter account, three saved workouts, and three logged workouts in any rolling seven-day period — plus the full exercise library, your workout history, and progress charts. It doesn't expire and it never asks for a card. Ready-made programs, unlimited logging, and CSV import/export are paid features.

Do I need the phone app?

No. The web app is the complete product and runs in any browser, including your phone's. The iOS and Android apps add offline logging, push reminders, Apple Watch, and Apple Health sync — store listings are coming soon.

Can I move my history from another app?

Yes. Paid memberships can import a CSV export from Strong or Hevy, and you can export your own DialedIn Lifts data whenever you want it.

How does the family plan work?

One membership covers up to five lifters. Each person gets their own login, workouts, history, and progress. Whoever creates the membership is the admin: they can add members, switch to another member to plan or log a session for them, and share custom exercises and routines with everyone.

Is my training data private?

Your data stays inside your own subscription. Training Partner connections are mutual and revocable, leaderboards are opt-in, and there's no public feed. Admins see only their own family or roster. You can turn on two-factor login and export or delete your data.

What happens when the trial ends?

Paid memberships start with a 7-day free trial and then bill at the price shown above. Cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged. You can manage or cancel any time from the billing portal.
